Victoria Scarth

Managing Attorney

Victoria Scarth is the Managing Attorney at Scarth Law, bringing over a decade of legal expertise to her practice. A graduate of Whittier Law School, where she earned her J.D. in 2013, Victoria has developed a diverse legal practice encompassing Estate Planning, Business Law, Contracts, Real Estate, Family Law, Probate, Personal Injury, Construction, and Employment Law.

In addition to her extensive legal background, Victoria is a Certified Divorce Mediator and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker, specializing in Divorce, Trust, and Probate properties. She is deeply committed to providing her clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring they navigate complex legal matters without uncertainty or stress.

Victoria is an active member of the legal and real estate communities. She holds memberships in the California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors, and several other professional organizations. As a Certified Divorce Mediator, she also partners with Mediators Beyond Borders to help individuals find amicable resolutions.

Outside of her legal career, Victoria is passionate about giving back to her community. She serves on the boards of multiple philanthropic organizations, including the National Charity League, Habitat for Humanity, Dollars for Scholars, and the Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

Victoria is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and personally, always striving to guide her clients with integrity and compassion.
